Hungry 2 Help is a program designed to help
people at risk of homelessness by streamlining
services through a referral-based coalition.
We connect people with organizations to help them get
essential resources in DC, Baltimore, Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County.

Program Description:
- 1. We meet with people with low-incomes and identify their needs, then create a plan by listing the steps to address all of them.
- 2. We offer case management services to help individuals access housing, employment, and healthcare resources.
- 3. We collaborate with local organizations to provide a comprehensive network of support for those at risk of homelessness.
- 4. We advocate for policies and programs that address the root causes of homelessness and poverty.
- 5. We help people to complete community applications to get free essential resources.
- 6. We help people to get the required documents that they need to get support, (such as an IDs or bank statements)
